Makro is a ****!!!

If you do not want stress,especially when it’s festive NEVER ORDER WITH MAKRO online cause even this moment I regret. This was my second order processed on the 30th of November Online order #MAK*** I asked for delivery by the 3rd and when I spoke to Kabelo on the 3rd in the morning he confirmed that they will need to cancel it with the store. On the 14 when the store called me, I told them I was expecting this collection in 3-5 days as per your estimate and am now out of the province will only be back mid jan and this order will be very unnecessary for me then.

Now when I check the status,it says i collect…Njani??! When ?? Am really ****ed with makro and their service.

On my first complaint nothing was resolved and this is my second in 1 month!!!

Please bring back my money or am gonna take this further
