Makro is a retail NIGHTMARE!!!

We have purchased a new fridge via the online store in order to qualify for the special as advertised. The Purchase was done on 30 September 2022. The scheduled delivery date was for 07 October 2022. On Friday 07 October 2022 we called the service desk to get an update on the delivery and was told that the service consultant will get back to us. Over the weekend of 07-08-09-10 October 2022 we logged numerous calls to get an update on the delivery of our new fridge, to no avail. Makro is giving us the run around and we are being transferred to the next service consultant. The only feedback we get is that the Fridge has been collected by the courier and delivery will take place shortly. in the meanwhile, we are left with no fridge and most of our goods have expired due to us not being able to store it in a freezer.

Makro is not the store it promises to be and cannot deliver on their promises. Makro does not update their loyal patrons on deliveries and blatantly lies about their deliveries. I will not recommend anyone to make use of the ********* services of Makro.
