Makro is a ****!!! Order was paid and confirmed and they now saying they didn’t get the order!! ****!! Do not ever buy from them!!!!

You don’t even deserve the 1 star. Your customer service is the pits!!!

I placed an online order, paid for it and order was to be delivered on Saturday. I received an order confirmation email and that was it. No delivery was made, no one contacted me to tell me that my order would delay.

I have spent more than R300 airtime calling Makro store and the head office trying to resolve this. Makro store says that they can’t see my order, Makro head office says that the store confirmed my order. I am still in the dark about what is happening, I have had customer service agents drop my calls, promise to call me back and not call, I have spoken to a manager who promised to call me back but nothing so far.

Should I have known i could have bought this from game as I ordered from game the following day and my order was delivered swiftly and they were communicating with me about everything.

If i had known i wouldn’t even have bought from you guys!!! You disgust me a lot!!!

Now i will be taking this to twitter too!!!!
