Makro is a **** online.
I bought two 10l storage containers with scoops on the 25th of April 2024 to date I have not received them. They keep on giving me the run around via Email customer support and telephonically. Over a week of enquiries and overtime they say they will get back to me by the end of the day but never do.
I am exhausted and have no faith in their customer support or their products I will never by from their online store again.
The ***** your money and delivery no product.

09 May 2024, 11:36This is the exact response I have received everyday since I started enquiring. With zero resolution for over a week almost at 2 weeks now.
I do not believe Makro at all at this point they are giving me the run around and have taken my money but not delivered on my product.
Just be honest and be better at delivering what you sell.
