MAKRO IS A NO FROM ME

Horrible experience shopping on Makro online store. I ordered my father a birthday gift, paid and placed the order... Its been 6 days and they still claim the order has not been paid for, I have emailed proof of payment twice and it has been "escalated" 3 times but nothing has come from it. Nobody is able to tell me if I will be refunded or if my order will be shipped. Very disappointed, not only did I spend R600+ on the item, I have spent R100 in airtime on 6 calls, been left on hold for 20 minutes every time and nothing has changed...

Stay away from Makro online!
