Makro is a nightmare!

Makro has the worse refund process. I have ordered 3 items - 2 of the items didn't work and the other is not to my taste. I requested a return/refund on the same day I received the order.

they took 2 weeks to collect, and 2 more weeks to give me feedback. Only for them to refuse to refund one of the items. No reason why.

After multiple calls, I have not been refunded or given proper updates.
