Makro is a ****ming Company

It is sad that a massive organization like Makro is "*****ing" from customers. Might sound like a harsh word, but yes, "*****ing" from customers. They advertise high quality products on their online platform only to have cheap, sub standard products that you would not have ordered, delivered to you. When you query this, their answer is "the item will be collected, assessed and a refund will be done in 14 days". So they collect interest on our money for 14 days, while we incur bank charges and interest for an item that we had no intention of buying. This has happened to me twice in one week. Makro is doing absolutely nothing to curb these ruthless, "*****ed" and "****mer" resellers from using their online platform. Based on the number of 1 ratings that Makro has gotten on Hello Peter, I am surprised they have not suffered reputational damage. I have lost all faith in Makro and will endeavor never ever to shop there again. Builders Warehouse, which is part of the same group has already lost me as a customer. Makro, I sincerely hope you get liquidated and close down.
