Makro is a joke

Every time I order from Makro, I encounter issues with their delivery and items, especially when they split the delivery. The courier service they use seems ***********, and the delivery status is chaotic. The drivers are rude and reluctant to check for missing items. When reporting the problem to the call center, agents answer while engaged in other conversations. Emails receive generic responses, claiming the matter is escalated to the relevant department. This marks my third disappointing experience with Makro, as numerous outstanding items remain unresolved even after eight days without assistance.
