Makro is a disgrace with delivery

The saturday it was supposed to be delivered the delivery guy calls ma and tells me he has my order but his in the CBD but mind you my delivery address is in airport industria, i tell him im willing to drive to where it should be delivered as i live 5 minutes away and he tells me that he wont be able to deliver my order, then he says it will be delivered the following monday, i am still waiting for the order. I have placed an order on the 30th of March 2023, up until today these people have not answered any of my emails and when you call the call centre number is engaged. No one gets back to you with their pathetic service they provide. Makro is a disgrace and we buy from them but they cant even call back a customer to say what happening with your order.
