MAKRO IS A DISGRACE
If I could give Makro a minus rating I would - one star is way to considerate for their level of incompetance - order on 30 July - still to date have not received delivery but there have been many excuses including delivery failed - when I asked to see the drivers driving report - or where he has phoned me to be at the gate - or how or why the delivery has failed - lies lies lies and obviously they can't come up with any answer because no one does anything - Makro you are a disgrace and for that reason alone I will support China on every level where I receive my items that go through customs in less time than a local delivery - MAK***

07 Aug 2024, 14:42Thank you - plenty of lip service - still no delivery - the driver who has to travel from Tembisa left this morning at 9.07 - it has taken him till 14,38 and still no delivery - he does not answer his phone so after 12 messages and continious calling - he has promised 3 x to be there in 20 minutes - I think his watch needs repair and so does his sense of customer service - I would rather use a ***eon than ever use Makro or that ridiculous courier company WUM - but so far I have employed one of my staff members who has successfully send 600 messages through to the Makro line and the drivers number - I am sure that we will get a response quite soon - tomorrow the Ombudsman - by 5pm today I am sure that we will achieve 1000 messages and be able to increase our displeasure to every social media platform there is - seems a big price to pay for non delivery
