Makro is a Disaster online shopping experience

To anyone that is looking to order online with Makro. Don't do it. What a shocking experience. They messed up my order, told me to get a refund which has now been almost 4 weeks and still no reply or action. They are *****ing my money and time. As for their customer support ***- also what a shocking experience. They should listen to the staff that Dont even speak properly. I would give them a 0 rating. Please refund me.
