I recently made a big order online not only did they deliver my parcels one at a time on separate weeks and days but one of my parcels went to the wrong address,as frustrating as it was instead of makro sorting out my problem and attempt to redeliver it the bombarded me with emails and phone calls promising to escalate the matter which was never sorted instead I get a call from one of your shops ***) calling me to tell me that makro has got nothing to do with my undelivered parcel and that I must call the market place wow!!
