Makro is a ****!!!

I ordered a tv on the 15th of November 2024 and it was supposed to be delivered on the 19th. When I call them they say the matter is being escalated. I’ve been trying to call but nothing is happening, no feedback. I tried to ask for a refund several times but I’m not getting any help. Till today I’m still waiting for my refund . They even told me that the courier company is hanging up. I don’t know how is that my problem. I just want my money back
