I've received the worst service from your store multiple times but I've never stopped using your online platform. Just like the many other people who are complaining about you people taking money from our bank accounts yet it still shows order is unpaid. It is frustrating and your call center agents are always clueless or they lie to the customers. This was the last time but I want my money back.
