Makro has failed to deliver my items and no refund since 29 November im still waiting for my items all i get is a reference number and their whats up line simply ignores conversations .
This is ********* please deliver my goods or refund me soonest you are ****mers !

The items were ordered on a specific budget and for a specific reason , now how does one justify funds coming back to me in 7-14 days while i waited for 9 days thats almost 25 to get back my money which is unfair and theres no owning up on the entire situation.
This is so ********* why you did not refund me and still delivered the goods in order to re- establish trust and this response is purely based on the fact that i engaged Massmart USA the head office so that they can ********* business practices .
And i will.persist first you failed to deliver goods second you are returning my money after 25 days i will perstist with this matter at a highest level of parent or main holding or controlling company in the USA head office .
