Makro is ***********

I am beyond frustrated with Makro. I placed an order with them on Black Friday—over a MONTH ago—and I am still waiting for my full order to be delivered. Every single week, I get a different excuse and empty promises. Their customer service is absolutely useless, with no real answers or accountability.

How can a company this big operate with such poor efficiency and communication? This experience has been an absolute nightmare. I will NEVER order from Makro again and will make sure everyone I know avoids them too. Get your act together, Makro—this is unacceptable.
