Makro intentionally delivering inferior and totally different brand product to what you order online.
Ordered 2 x specific brand gas stoves online from Makro since I wanted the specific brand because it is better quality, only to receive the cheapest *******, inferior and ***** brand stoves from them…
Makro seems to think it is totally fine to do so. Be careful, Makro is certainly not the “quality wholesaler” they used to be…

17 Dec 2024, 17:31I just want my money back and be rid of Makro, your couriers collected the stoves today (Weigh bill # TCG***T) - you have them now, now give me my money back!!! The ***** off brand stoves you supp**** are also not even LPGSA (SANS) approved safe for use so not only do you supply cheap knock offs - different to what I ordered, but you also disregard South African regulations regard LP gas products put in place to keep people safe. I have given you this warning and about your dubious business practices in the public domain should someone ever get hurt or suffer damage due to your actions they are welcome to use this warning I gave you as a reference about your typical behaviour, actions and business practices...
