Makro Insurance is False advertising and a money making gimmick

Makro False advertise their insurance that you can take out on your card!

I have tried for my insurance to kick in for 4 months now, their only reply is that they are busy and that I should keep making payments every month. How the F@#% can I pay if I have no income?

I have send emails and made 100's of calls, send all requested documents done everything. even drove 60 km and toll gates to the nearest store, where I was told they cant help me with this matter.

so why take out insurance and have a good track record of paying on time and every month, when they don't help with the insurance to kick in when you need it?
