Makro insults me by putting middle finger between my legs

Now Managers at makro centurion they are accusing that, I have bought tv box from game when its broken come to makro and buy another and change exchange that particular product at their shop, I can't believe how can be insulted like that or just because I am black person and they have a nerve of telling me that I must go to ombudsman. whereas they are failing to answer my questions, I have a receipt they shows the Barcode of the item I bought from them but they don't wanna entertain that .
