Makro *****ing!? Half of order not received!

Hi there, I placed an online business order on the 7th of December 2024. Order says complete on the website, but I am still waiting for many items that were missing from my order! I have emailed and phoned support, and nothing has been done to resolve this! I am extremely dissatisfied and as far as I am concerned this is theft!
