Makro *****ing as their adverti*****t is not honoured.

I have been to Makro now 5 weeks in a row since 14 June 2023. They advertised 5 Kittkatt (all variants) for R45.00. When i got to the till they rang it up separately and it totaled R54. I queried it as the special was running until the 30th June 2023. The supervisor rectified it and said she will make sure the manager will correct it on the system. The next week 21th June 2023 i went to Makro Lavender again and bought again 5 kittkatt and the same happened. I said to the supervisor the special was running from April 2023 until 30 June 2023 and how many kitkatt have they sold from April and everybody does not look at there till slip again as they expect the special to be loaded on the system and be correct. The supervisor then told me they now about the problem and will make sure management rectify it on the system. On the 28 June 2023 the same thing happened and the system was not rectified as yet. So for 3 months Makro was running a special and was aware of the fault in the system but did not rectify it as yet. They then send me to the floor manager in charge of the sweets and she said to me that it is because a new line was introduced after the special started and that is why they cant rectify it on the system and the special is ending the 30th June so it is not possible to rectify it then. Last week the 5th July 2023 i went to Makro Lavender street again and they had a new special 5 Nestle products namely Kittkatt 4 fingers, tex, smarties bar one, kittkatt chunky ( 40 g - 52g) any 5 for R45.00. When i got to the till the same happened as the previous times. The excuse was that it is a new special and it might have not been registered on the system from Makro head office yet. They refunded me my money that was charged incorrectly and said they will make sure it is corrected on the system. Today 14 July 2023 for the 5th time the same thing happened at Makro Lavender Street. How many Thousands of rands has Makro been *****ing from its customers who does not look at there till slips after purchases. For me it would have been R45.00 and it mean 5 extra chocolate's. And it does not get rectified on the system as Makro is making thousands of rands extra so why bother to rectify it.
