Makro ineptitude and insincerity.

On 13 Dec 24, I ordered 3 items from Makro. The guest item was delivered on time. The second one, no stock available, and a refund was given. The third item, after numerous communications with the most ridiculous verbose and inappropriately worded posts, full of empty promises, I'm still waiting for either a delivery or requested in my last post, a refund be made.
