Makro - Incorrect & Damaged Couches delivered

I ordered two beige couches from Makro online. They delivered 1 x green couch and 1 x beige couch. Both couches are damaged and in very shoddy condition. I placed my complaint online and did everything that they asked of me. It is now over a week later and I have not heard from ANYONE at Makro to sort this problem out. I have emailed and phoned, but with no response. All I wanted was for someone to contact me so that we can TALK about the way forward. I am tired of the automated responses via email etc. Even after I told them that I was going to Hello Peter, still no response! What terrible service!
