Makro *********** Uncontactable Useless

I ordered an advertised product. Paid for it and confirmed it. Was assured of delivery only to be told the product does not exist. Now they wont refund me. My business relies on these products I ordered. They stole my money, now I cant source the product somewhere else coz they wont refund me. My company cannot complete its orders before xmas. I will now go out of business Horrific company. Uncontactable on any of its contact details. *********** ... totally useless.... Horrific... Disgusting.... minus 10 stars.
