Makro incompetence, delivery MIA
Ordered a fridge on 15 June. Website says deliveries 2 to 5 days. Today is the 24th.
Numerous calls to call centre, they don't know when it will be delivered. Tried calling the Gqeberha branch - good luck on getting through to them.
Makro - this is not OK.

24 Jun 2021, 13:5124 - 48 hours to come up with a simple answer as to when my fridge will be delivered is absurd. Surely it's really simple: if it's been given to the courier, then call them and ask them when it will be delivered, 5 minutes done and dusted?
