Makro incompetence -delivered to wrong address and **** about recrifying
They delivered my very expensive online order to a wrong address. I queried this and they pretended to be "checking" yet courier tracker has the exact address he dropped off at. Since Sunday they promise to call and rectify but nothing.
I've used over R200 airtime trying to explain how I need to give that as a present for a kitchen party and need to travel this evening with the order.
Now I have to incur courier charges sending the stuff after I've left. That's if they rectify their error.
They also delivered a broken bin, I asked for replacement and they promised to pick it up 2 Fridays ago... I'm still waiting

It's sad that I have to pay another courier to take it where it was meant to be given as a present yesterday.
