Makro incompetence and ****

Purchased snooker from horrible Makro. They handed to courier with smaller car and claimed I was unreachable to cover their mistake. Now I'm told no stock and my purchase was refunded without my consent. Woodmead makro in particular is the worst as they handled it. calling makro daily didn't help with *********** managers. I will never walk into any makro store ever again. Bad ****...
