Makro= incompetence

A full star is not even deserve. These idiots had me wait 12 days for an order and still brought the wrong thing. Fast forward it’s been more than a month (since 27December 2025 that they collected the parcel) and they still have not reimbursed my money. Now I’m getting all kinds of excuses, stories and nonsense from them and the finance department. Worst customer experience with them even dropping the call.
