Makro In Bloemfontein

My wife and I ordered some things online and we are very unhappy with the way Makro handled things. We ordered on Monday and I received some of the things on Thursday. We ordered as we wanted to celebrate my wife's birthday which was on Wednesday and planned something for today with our friends. The tracking details on the app gave us hope that we will get everything on the order by the 23rd. What makes us ****ed is the fact that the tracking app says the goods is en route to us but when we call the head office is a different story. I spoke to a gentleman that I forgot to write down their name who checked and said they will arrange with the courier. We live in a rural area where there are no shops to cater for what we needed hence we ordered online. As I'm typing this message, I have not received any sms or call from them to let us know if our order is on its way or what. Their app is misleading, and there is no communication between them and the courier service that they use.
