Makro I’ll forever be grateful

I ordered a dishwasher machine on the Makro app. I got communication on the app as to the progress of my order and even got called by Kamo who was checking if I’m available for delivery on a specific day.

I was highly pregnant and due any day that week of delivery would happen. Since my parcel was not yet handed over to the courier company, she gave me a number to also text should an emergency happen in my side on the day arranged for delivery.

This put me so much at ease. I was already anxious for that week, and I used the number to communicate I was home that day. My delivery was made and I love my new dishwasher machine ❤️
