Makro Ignoring My Query for Over 3 Weeks – Missing Free Gift

I placed an order with Makro (Order #MAK***) for a 350L Defy fridge, which came with a promotion that included a free 10-piece Addis Tupperware set. I received the fridge, but not the free gift.

I have contacted Makro daily via WhatsApp for the past 3 weeks. Each time, I’m told the matter is “escalated to the store” and they’ll “revert back once feedback is received.” I also sent multiple emails and reached out via Instagram – still no real response or resolution.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. I expected better from a well-known retailer. I am requesting that Makro honour the advertised promotion and deliver the free gift as promised. I am still waiting for proper feedback and resolution.
