Makro I want my REFUND!!!!

I have been waiting for a refund that was supposed to be processed on the 6th of February 2025. Makro is not just bad service, they're ****s, they sent me an email claiming that they've been trying to reach me with no luck and that's total lies!!! I'm disgusted by their service, and I've sent emails but nothing is happening with my refund. Makro is a ****!!!!! I don't advice anyone to engage in their online shopping 😡😡
