MAKRO I WANT MY REFUND

I placed an order with makro and delivery was 2-5 days and it was never delivered. I called them to cancel and get my refund I have been calling makro everyday for the past three weeks so much waste of airtime. I just want it cancelled and get a refund please those people called me twice for delivery I told them twice I’ve cancelled the order and I want my refund. Even went on twitter and still no help from their customer service
