Makro I want my order or money

So disappointed with Makro my order was supposed to be delivered on the 13th of March and when I called today. I was given the courier number and when I spoke to the courier I’m being told my order is going to Johannesburg while I’m in Durban and address on the makro online indicates Durban. No one at makro wants to assist into bringing my order or refunding my money
