MAKRO I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

I cannot begin to express my anger and frustration with the service, lack thereof, from Makro. I have been constantly asking for my refund for a product that they failed to deliver. The scheduled delivery date was 7 May, and until today they still have not delivered (not that I want the product anymore) not processed my refund. MAKRO I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
