MAKRO!!!!! I have never come across such SHOCKINGLY bad service in my life.

It's a pity I had to give Makro a 1 Star Rating so I could give my review. To be honest if I could I'd give them a negative 1000 star rating. I ordered an item from their online store on the 16th of December, incl delivery, for a Christmas present. Needless to say a week later they still had not delivered the item. I called them, I emailed them, and I got the "standard" BS reply email as to sorry for the non delivery Bla Bla Bla. Then they tried to claim the money hadn't cleared which is also ******* as it clears in 2 days. Even after finally confirming that they "have now received" the payment on the 8th of January, it is now a week later and it STILL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. So in effect the recipient of the Christmas Present still hasn't got it. In fact in 2 days time it will be a month and still no delivery. Never before have I had such shockingly bad service.
