Makro I am not stupid

Makro treat people as if they are stupid. They contacted me to apologize and to assure delivery for my order that should have been delivered on the 5th September. From the 16th they contacted me and confirmed delivery was by the 19. I called on the 20th to follow up, again the respond was will check with the courier and get back to you in an hours time. Makro I’m not stupid I paid for that order and you failing to deliver.
