Makro Horrible service and no management over online purchases they just ***** money and hope you forget it

I bought 50kg weights on Makro online for the first time and boy was I disappointed, the delivery date has passed over 2 weeks now , the app says delivered when I call they escalate everyday and never call back or bother following up I called non stop now they put me on hold and the line just breaks Makro can I get my money back given that you failed to get me my stuff I don’t want it in 7 business days I waited a month already for my delivery I want my money now you guys clearly don’t care
