Makro horrible service.

I have received the worst service from Makro. I opened a ***** case 3 weeks ago, Makro promised to share footage of the ******** as soon as I share a police case number. It has been weeks and no one has gotten back to me, I have sent several emails and no one has reached out to me. I am appalled at how Makro has handled this.
