Makro horrible service

What a terrible experience I'm having with Makro, the was a technical issue with my online payment on Monday, they took my money but it does not reflect on their side. They asked me to send them proof of payment 3 times and I did, they still have not resolved this issue and they always say someone will contact me but they never do, when I ask for feedback on email they ignore me. I a never buying anything from them ever again, they are just too horrible! It's a nightmare dealing with them!!
