Makro horrible service
I ordered a filing cabinet on 27 October 2023. Delivery was expected in 21 days. I have called the call centre over 5 times and keep getting told that they will escalate and I will get feedback in 48 hours. To date, after more than 5 calls still no feedback and no filing cabinet. Tried calling again today, the line goes dead. Pathetic service.
