Makro Horrible refund policy.

I made an order with Makro on the 13th Of May 2023, I received a partial refund for the order on 07 July 2023. I’ve been inquiring of the remaining refund owed to me. I’ve sent countless emails containing bank statements as proof and I still haven’t received my full refund amount.

I always get someone to say they’ll attend to my issue and they go quiet until I have to rant about the issue all over platforms.
