Makro horrible online service.

Shopping online with makro had been nothing but an inconvenience and a huge mistake . Ordered online. Toshiba washing machine was delivered faulty. I logged a replacement , I was promised that a technician would be send few days ago. No communication from Makro. Im still waiting on someone to come collect and replace my machine since Monday. I now have to take my laundry to the laundromat because of Makros poor service and lack of communication. If anything, DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM MAKRO.
