Makro horrible customer service

I bought 8 trestle tables at Malro online store in April. Soon enough I realized work workmaship on the tables was low quality because the ***** kept coming off, but one in particular was just falling apart and the *****s kept coming off eevn after I tried to tighten them numerous times. I decided to return this one table in May I called customer care and they advisede to take the table in any store for exchange. I took it to Crown mines store, at 1st the lady at the customer service desk told me I shouldn't have brought it there but I explained to her that I called customer service and they are the ones s who advised me to bring it in. She booked in the table and told me l receive a call in 14 days, I waited they did not call. I went back after 14 days the lady at the customer service called her manager who then took my det and promised me that the table is going to be delivered on Monday I went on a Sunday. She also promised to call but she didn't. I sent a query via their online query service I got a call a week later and the lady kept going back and forth trying to resolve my issue and eventually came back and said at the store they don't know about the table but she'll keep resolving the issue. She then stopped communicating and I kept calling customer service and I keep getting g the run around. 4 months later I still haven't received my table or money and no one is willing to help at customer service. Their service is just appalling and unprofessional. I need my table back or money
