Makro horrible Customer service

Makro online shopping, I made payment via PayU, and my payment wasn't acknowledged by Makro, I called them and was told to send through proof of payment, this was sent through. After sending it, phoned back, payment still not assigned to my order. Placed the order on the 14 of April, and up to today, my payment has still not been allocated. Everyday i phone makro, I am told they need to escalate the issue. 27th of April, still no response, guess I've been ****** by Makro. R1200 gone no one can assist and I'm not allowed to speak to a manager. What kind of service is this?
