Makro -Hisense

I bought a Hisense Refrigerator at Makro in April 2019 and it’s still under warranty, I don’t know how many time s it has been fixed, We reported it last week Saturday and they said that we are going to receive a call from a technician but till today we haven’t been assisted, this is really frustrating and inconvenience for us, 🚮 I really don’t know what to do now. I’m even tired of following up
