Makro hide behind limited manufacturer warranty on dishwasher, and don't assist in any way!

10 Jul 2023, 16:02So basically stuff you and the R6000 you spent on your dishwasher!! I guarantee you Makro you just lost a customer!!!
Makro's Management reply:
They have advised that the trays cannot be covered under the warranty as they are considered accessories and are rusted. The warranty only covers mechanical issues according to the manufacturer's policy therefore, there is nothing we can do but follow the manufacturer's policy.
The only way of resolving the matter is if you call the supplier, Hisense, at ***3, but you will be quoted for them.
