MAKRO HIGH END OR NO END

We received a bicycle for my son, it was brand new purchased by an out of town family member. He purchased this Raleigh bike from Makro and took it there for them to assemble it. My son has rode this bike about 6 times and the steering wheel comes off, took it to Makro for assistance and they just tightened it, rode it again the same thing happened, the brakes are loosening as well. When we asked for a replacement bike they requested the slip which we do not have. There are many stores that stock this specific brand of bike, why would we drive all the way to the Makro in PMB for assistance had it not been purchased there? The gift was given to my son, sad part is he will never get to enjoy it because it is a piece of high end **** sold by a high end store. My 74 year old father has been in store several times with no assistance they just keep asking us for the slip. It is evident that Makro hits down people who buy gifts from them. The assembling of the bike or the bike itself is pathetic. Imagine my son riding and the handle comes off??? of the brakes fail???? Who will deal with that???Definitely not Makro because you don't have your slip
