Makro, help me.
My last online purchase at Makro was a disaster: - A month had passed, and they did not deliver my package. - I then proceeded to cancel the order and ask for a refund. - Now I am waiting for a refund - which it seems like is going to be a battle getting. - Customer care does not provide any useful support or feedback.
I'm nogal desperate and gatvol.
