Makro Head Office

I ordered a desk for my room through Makro's online store. There was a special that was ordered. The following week it said that my order was just finishing. I decided to go to the store where I would collect it. This was at Makro Wonderboom. Shockingly the person that was working there told me that there were no orders coming from Head Office and there is not a time that he can give me regarding when this item will arrive. They were very keen to accept the money being paid to them. I will advise that they get their system up to date and in working order, this is not what service should look like. I am disappointed in Makro.
